- If you are a consumer: (a) To cancel a Contract in accordance with clause 7, please contact us by e-mail via the ‘contact us’ page on the website. You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by email, then your cancellation is effective from the date we received your email. If you call us to notify us of your cancellation, then your cancellation is effective from the date you telephone us and talk to us. - If you are a business:

20 Loyalty Points
- You will receive 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent on elitesuppsuk.co.uk.
- We reserve the right to change the rate that loyalty points are awarded at anytime.
- We reserve the right to discontinue the loyalty point scheme retrospectively at anytime.
- Loyalty points can be used on a selection of product which change throughout the year.
- If You have not used your Loyalty Points within 6 months they will be deleted from your account.
21 Our responsibility for loss and damage suffered by you
- Whether you are a consumer or a business user we do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
