20 Loyalty Points

  • You will receive 1 loyalty point for every £1 spent on elitesuppsuk.co.uk.
  • We reserve the right to change the rate that loyalty points are awarded at anytime.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the loyalty point scheme retrospectively at anytime.
  • Loyalty points can be used on a selection of product which change throughout the year.
  • If You have not used your Loyalty Points within 6 months they will be deleted from your account.

21 Our responsibility for loss and damage suffered by you

  • Whether you are a consumer or a business user we do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
